Evaluation comparison of wave amount measurement results in brass-plated tire steel cord using RMSE and cosine similarity

<span lang="IN">In the production process, quality checking is very important, one of which on wire. In process making brass-coated steel tire straps sometimes produce goods not in accordance with desired standard values. Checks that are carried out manually have low efficiency and quite high errors occur. So it necessary to check by measuring wavelength brass plated cord automatically. this study, used 3 automatic measurement methods using 2 evaluations, namely RMSE Cosine Similarity. The results showed best method 2. Whereas worst uses 1. smallest value 0.0098 largest 0.0966. lowest Similarity 0.1253, while highest 0.2079.</span>
